The questions here in this Second Group date from late-1998 through early 2000. It is worth noting that, looking back on these comments from the perspective of 2004 as I reassemble the EoR content with a new user interface, my answers wouldn't be much different if I were to write now than those offered at the time.
The key factor in my point of view is the notion of Clear Awareness -- a level of perceptiveness I came to long ago. In the intervening years I have cleared out many significant negating and neutralizing mind elements, i.e., mechanisms of mind that deterred the realization of my will. But the effect of that is a real improvement in my life. The subject matter of these questions leads to responses that rest, not on my ability to realize my desires, but solely on perceptiveness. My life works a great deal better than before, but Clear Awareness is Clear Awareness. In that regard, you can only get your windows so clean...
